This extended home consultation (approximately 30–45 minutes) allows time for thorough assesment and ensures your pet's treatment plan remains appropriate, effective, and aligned with their current clinical status
Particularly suited to long-term conditions, multi-drug therapies, or where subtle changes in comfort, behaviour, or response to treatment are emerging
A written clinical summary, updated care plan, and prescription (where clinically appropriate) are provided following your consultation

End-of-Life Care
Home Euthanasia – End-of-Life Care at Home
A compassionate, structured end-of-life service provided in your pet's home, where they can remain calm and comfortable in familiar surroundings
This appointment is carefully guided, giving you the time and space to make decisions and say goodbye without the pressures of a clinical environment
Care is centred on comfort, dignity, and clarity — ensuring both you and your pet are supported throughout.
End-of-life consultation includes

If euthanasia is carried out during the same visit, the procedure fee is £140. This includes the home visit, clinical assessment, sedation, and the procedure itself.

Aftercare Options
Aftercare is arranged through a professional pet cremation provider. The options below are provided for guidance — pricing is confirmed directly with the cremation service at the time of booking.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Clinical History Review
To provide high-standard care, Dr Anna reviews your pet's full medical history prior to every visit.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment and initiate the medical record request. This deposit is fully deducted from your final consultation fee.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover clinical preparation time.
Emergency Acknowledgment
By booking, you acknowledge this is an appointment-based service and not for life-threatening emergencies. Please contact your nearest emergency veterinary practice for urgent concerns.
